What We're Looking For

We're looking for Co-Dev Coaches who can join a software or data engineering team, deliver software following their norms, quickly build trust, then become an agent of change for the team focusing on incremental improvement.

Ideal candidates can demonstrate proficiency in the topics covered in the following books:

We will consider candidates that don't fit that entire criteria and will provide paid training before joining a client project if the gap isn't judged to be too large.

All Co-Dev Coaches should be senior developers. Senior Co-Dev Coaches should be senior devs with at least some leadership experience. Principal Co-Dev Coaches should be highly accomplished developers and experienced engineering leaders.
