How much does the engagement cost?
The engagement runs in three stages, and each is priced differently. The Findings Report is a flat $5,000 over three weeks. The Outcome Pilot is performance-priced: Package A (one pilot team) is $65,000 if we miss the target and $130,000 if we hit it, and Package B (two pilot teams) is $115,000 if we miss and $230,000 if we hit it. Scaling Impact, the final stage, moves to a mixed rate, time & materials basis as the work expands across more teams.
What is the Findings Report, and why does it come first?
Pragmint embeds a fractional engineering director and data engineer with your team to combine qualitative context with quantitative delivery data. The resulting report shows how software is planned, built, tested, and released, where delivery is getting stuck, and which improvements are worth proving first, so the Outcome Pilot targets a specific, agreed-upon problem instead of guessing.
What happens if the Outcome Pilot doesn't hit its target?
The pilot is performance-priced specifically so this isn't a gamble for you. If the pilot misses the target defined in the Findings Report, you pay the lower “miss” rate for that package instead of the full “expected outcome” price.
Do your coaches replace our engineers, or add headcount?
Neither. The Co-Dev Coach's role is to build the team's capability, not add delivery capacity. They pair with engineers, run focused training, and make hands-on improvements to the systems the team relies on, but the goal is always a team that can sustain the improvement on its own.
What happens to our delivery data?
The fractional data engineer pulls delivery data from your existing engineering systems into a self-hosted analytics platform deployed inside your own cloud environment. Custom pipelines adapt to whatever sources you already use, and your team can slice, filter, and drill into the raw data behind every visualization. It isn't a black-box dashboard, and it isn't hosted by us.
What size team or organization do you work with?
Pragmint works best with teams of 10+ engineers inside larger organizations. If you're leading a smaller team, we're still happy to offer free advice and point you in a good direction.
What happens after the Outcome Pilot proves out?
We expand the changes across additional teams in the Scaling Impact stage. We adapt the practices, tooling, and operating model to each team's context, develop internal leaders to carry the work forward, and use shared delivery data to verify that improvements continue as adoption grows.
